Contact us & how to book our hire items

     How do I book?
  1. Contact us by filling out the below contact page, send an email to or give us a call.
  2. Let us know the items you need.
  3. We will then email you a quote with all the hire information.
  4. If you want to turn your quote into a confirmed booking, we require a 50% deposit.
  5. The balance is due when you collect your hire items.

Frequently asked questions:

Do prices include gst?Yes! All our prices include gst.

How long is the hire period? Prices are based on a per overnight hire period,  we also offer multi day hire, please enquire as we may be able to offer a discount for long term hire.

Do we offer delivery and pick up? Yes we do! Additional cost for delivery and pick up depending on location, Please advise the delivery address and we can let you know the cost.

Do we offer set up? Yes! 
If you want to take the time and hassle out of setting up your event leave it to us, Please enquire for pricing.
Some things like our Fairy curtains or chandeliers are delicate in nature so we quote these with delivery, set up and pick up included.

Is there a bond?
Yes , All bookings have a security bond to cover incidentals such as damages/missing items and late returns, The bond is refunded back to you on return of the hire items on the date and time specified and without damages or missing items.
*Any missing items, late returns, damages or excess soiling will be charged accordingly.

You can hire and collect from from us at our West Auckland party hire showroom or let us take the stress away with our delivery, set up and pick up services.
